Health Coaching

Welcome! I'm Looking Forward to Working With You

Hi, I’m excited to introduce myself! My name is Angie Gallagher, and I’m thrilled to be re-joining The Thrive Clinicas a Functional Medicine Wellness Coach. I’ll be partnering with Dr. Sievert to help support patients as they implement the personalized recommendations in their care plans. One thing I’ve learned over the years is that knowing what to do and actually putting it into practice are often two very different things. That’s where coaching can make all the difference. Before becoming a health coach, I spent more than 25 years directing a hospital-based cardiac rehabilitation program, where I had the privilege of helping thousands of people improve their health through nutrition, exercise, stress management, and sustainable lifestyle changes. Today, as a Board Certified Functional Medicine Wellness Coach, my passion is helping people uncover and address the root causes of their health concerns so they can feel their very best. As your coach, my role is to help you bridge the gap between your treatment plan and your everyday life. Together, we’ll focus on practical, realistic steps that fit your lifestyle and move you closer to your health goals. Depending on your individual needs, our coaching sessions may include support with:

  • Nutrition and meal planning
  • Creating sustainable healthy habits
  • Mindset work and overcoming limiting beliefs
  • Stress management and nervous system regulation
  • Sleep optimization
  • Exercise and movement
  • Accountability and overcoming obstacles
  • Understanding your provider’s recommendations and putting them into action
  • Building confidence in your ability to create lasting change

My goal is to meet you where you are, celebrate your progress, and help make your wellness journey feel less overwhelming and more achievable. I truly believe that small, consistent changes lead to remarkable long-term results, and I’m honored to be part of your healthcare team.

Before our first session, I’d love for you to spend a few minutes reflecting on one question:

If your health were exactly where you wanted it to be one year from now, what would your life look like? Think beyond lab numbers or symptoms. How would you feel? What would you be able to do that you may not be able to do today? How would your relationships, work, hobbies, and quality of life be different? There are no right or wrong answers. This question simply helps us begin with a vision of what’s possible and gives us something meaningful to work toward together. I look forward to getting to know you and supporting you on your journey to better health.

Warmly, Angie Gallagher, MS

HeartMath® Stress & Resilience Training
As a Certified HeartMath® Practitioner, I offer clients an evidence-based approach to improving stress resilience, emotional well-being, and nervous system regulation. Chronic stress can impact nearly every aspect of health—from digestion, sleep, and hormone balance to blood sugar, inflammation, and cardiovascular health. HeartMath provides practical techniques that help shift the body from a state of chronic stress into one of greater balance and coherence.
Using simple breathing techniques combined with real-time biofeedback technology, I can help you develop skills to regulate your nervous system, improve heart rate variability (HRV), enhance emotional resilience, and feel more calm, focused, and energized.
