How "Thriving" Works

“The whole point is lots of engagement, monitoring and care. Getting to the level of thriving and not merely surviving is a process, a very invested one.”

Here are a few bullet points to help you understand what starting out as a member of The Thrive Clinic looks like:

  • Enrolling: This can be done over the phone or in our office with my assistant Shawna in a matter of just minutes.
  • Payment: At the time of enrollment we will take your payment information and your decision of which membership package you chose. A $100 appointment deposit will be charged immediately. This is not an extra charge, it will be applied towards your monthly, semi-annual or annual payment. Your payment plan will officially start 3 days before your first scheduled appointment.
  • First New Patient Appointment: We generally schedule to stay booked 8-12 weeks out, so be aware that when you enroll, there may be a bit of a wait to get you in for your first appointment.
  • Think Annual: You are not paying for monthly appointments, but a full array of care that includes in-office appointments, remote care, in-house diagnostics, discounts on supplements and more.
  • Meet and Greet: We often get this request: “Can I meet with Dr. Sievert before I make such a commitment?” It is a very understandable request. We do not do this, however, as we stay booked out a good way with new patient enrollments. What we do offer is this:
    • If after your first appointment you do not wish to continue, you may stop immediately. We base our fees on $400 per hour for Dr. Sievert. If you paid for an annual or semi-annual package we will reimburse all but $300, which means you will have received an hour of Dr. Sievert’s time at a 25% discount.
  • Laboratory Testing: A very extensive lab panel is paramount to your care. These labs are not included in your fees to The Thrive Clinic and they will include functional testing to evaluate your health at a cellular level. This testing is different from traditional testing as it helps to investigate the root cause(s) of your health challenges instead of just diagnosing you. It is done through urine, stool, saliva and/or blood.
  • Customized Supplement Program: After reviewing your lab results and evaluating your mineral and nutrient demands, we will recommend a personalized regimen of only the highest quality products to create more predictable outcomes.
    • Dr. Sievert is very sensitive to supplements being taken unnecessarily and will try to minimize intake as much as possible without compromising the outcome. This is why your personal regimen will be reviewed and modified at every appointment with him.
